Hmm, I love it when I follwo a bunch of links in other people's reviews and stumble across a really good writer! I think you have a fantastic way with the rhythm of words in your writing. I can hear the beat in my head as I read through it. I love poetry that reads as though there should be music int he background. I love early mornings when I well rested, but that is very rare. Mostly I'm just grumpy. But who cares. This is really good. Keep writing more!

Good poem. I like the rhyming. (one of my dislikes is poetry that dosen't rhyme) But still, this is good.

This is a great poem, how did it do in the contest? The only thing that I would suggest it to change the line with breeze in it. 'a faint, cooling breeze of the early spring breeze' is kind of repetitive and awkward. Anyways, I have to say that I really liked this poem! :)
