| An Unwanted Accesory 2006-04-06 ch 1, | abuseBeautiful. Just beautiful. I wish...I wish this was longer. and you could explain. and it was just...longer.Analeigh |
| atadobsessive5345 2005-12-24 ch 1, | abuseI don't do random guessing. Sorry, I feel stupid if I were to guess what was going on and wrong. I'm really paranoid. ^_^;; I liked it though. It was fun to read and try and guess what was going on. I liked the characters. Twere nice and fun and everything. Not nice like you know, nice nice, but nice as in engaging?? |
| Posed to Death 2005-11-24 ch 1, | abuseUm... >_< I'm going to take a shot. The blond was obviously friends (probably best friends) with the deceased boy, deceased boy was getting married, perhaps blond decided to celebrate and that's when they got in a car wreck? Egh... I liked it, no matter what. I wish you would write more... :) |
| Naomi Schemer 2005-10-14 ch 1, | abuseVery vague...I wonder, who was Michael engaged to? The blond? Another nameless person? This is so very vague, that it might as well have been the dog. It has a charm to it, but I would like to learn more about the characters. |
| horseflaming 2005-10-12 ch 1, anon. | abuseWell lets see here. Is the brother gay? I don't know. Anyway, the dead brother was probably engaged to the woman down in the mist. If he wasn't then she was his mother, and he was engaged to the guy with the broken wrist. Anyway, the alive brother was close to his now-dead brother, (probably younger) and probably was very protective of him. If the alive one is gay, then he is in the closet and denial, and yet he has a crush on his younger brother's... best friend? boyfriend? Something like that. That makes sense then. If the broken wrist dude, and the dead one were going out/engaged, then it would make sense of the people to blame the broken wrist for his death, because he's a natural scapegoat. Actually, I have no clue what I'm doing. Have fun trying to figure that out for me. |
| TheSeer 2005-10-12 ch 1, | abuseOoh, ooh, ooh, I can guess! Cause it's basically the same thing that happened when *I* wrote it. (Click my name, scroll to the bottom, click "To Bury a Poet). Well, and also 'cause this isn't the first "secret slash" you've written. I'm not accusing you of plagarism or anything; it's not like it was a hard concept to come up with, so I assume you thought of it independently. I don't like the dialogue as well in your version (I'm very proud of my dialogue) but this definitely has a classier plot than Poet. I had a pretty heavy-handed style when I wrote it, and anyway I'm still not as good as you at situation and incident. I might have written something like "Deep Six" nowadays (maybe) but I know I couldn't have matched "Sincerely, Yours Truly." |
| D.H. L'Orange 2005-10-12 ch 1, | abuse*raises hand* i'll guess! erm... let's see... Michael was an FBI agent who was investigating a murder... the murderer was actually an alien from the planet Zydor, and to keep Michael from exposing his cover the alien kidnaps Michael and beams Michael up into his spaceship... Meanwhile, the alien drugs Michael's partner, the blonde guy, and brainwashes him into believing that Michael was in a car-wreck. The 'body' retrieved from the wreck is so mis-mangled that the funeral service is a closed casket. Michael's brother and family never liked Michael's partner, because the blonde was the 'bad cop' of the good cop-bad cop relationship. The blonde had a history of violence and was on probation with the FBI. So when Michael's brother hears about the 'car-wreck' he assumes that the blonde was somehow responsible; the blonde acted irresponsibly. All of Michael's family blames the blonde partner, and since the blonde can't really remember the car crash too well (brainwashing isn't good for real in-depth situations), Michael's partner makes up a story about how they were out drinking, Michael lost his glasses and then Michael drove home drunk without his glasses. Its a plausible story: two FBI agents driving home drunk, the designated driver not wearing his prescription eyeglasses...All Michael's family believes the story and mourns Michael's passing... Meanwhile, Michael is languishing in the Zydorian spaceship... is that right? prolly not... and somehow i think i'm going to like your version much much better than mine... lol SO YES YES YES! please continue this b/c i LOVE how you write! (Seriously, i was re-reading your Seven story last night!) UPDATES PLZ! : ) DH |
