It's interesting to try and pin point what happiness and sadness really is. I think the emotion of sadness, and how it's hard to "share it," was accurately portrayed here.

A very nice poem -- I really liked it, and the way it sort of started at one point, traveled through other emotions, and then ended up where it started. Erm... did that make any sense?

Anyway, the only thing I really have to offer by way of constructive criticism is the abruptness of some of the sentences was a bit little jarring. A few more commas might have made the poem flow more smoothly.

That could just be a personal reaction, though.
