Reviews for The girl's guide to dating
Darth Gilthoron 6/9/07 . chapter 1
Heh. I always knew women are conspiring behind our backs. )

Let's add D.G.'s guide to beach dates...

Yes, do wear comfortable clothes, and that includes flat shoes. Girls staggering along the beach in high heels are a laugh and nothing else (except an embarrassment). Nothing too fancy, I agree, because at least a lad like me enjoys the occasional chase across the beach, and you'd only annoy me by worrying about your clothes getting dirty.

And bugger the nail polish. I don't like it. Well, wear it if you like, but don't you dare put on lipstick. I still have very bad memories of that kiss I got from a nice-looking girl... who sadly left lipstick stains on me. Bah.

Oh, and don't wear tons of clothes over your bathing outfit. And do wear a bikini. It's appreciated (except if you're overweight - means here: more than just a bit plump - but then I'm not going out with you anyway, probably, just like I won't go out with you if you're stick-thin).

Oh, and if you squeal horribly and start fussing when I splash you with water it's our last date. Definitely.

Ok, I'm getting carried away. :) Maybe I should amuse myself with something like that of my own.

Anyway, what I wanted to say was thanks for reviewing, I'm reviewing one of your stories since you reviewed one of mine, and I picked this one because the title sounded amusing. Well, and it was quite amusing.

Are you putting up any more of this messed-up dates stuff?

Haha, I quite enjoyed this. Definitely a lot of fun to read.

This reminds me of a few dates I had... Quite shocking at the time, but when you look back, they are quite funny. I am happy to say that I have now met Mr Right (On a blind date!) and we are married and have two cute boys!) This was a great read, I enjoyed it! It brought back a few memories too!

Hey that was really interesting and amusing! Generally I don't like reading short essays that much; I'm more of the long novels type. But your essay was really really entertaining and I totally enjoyed reading it! Though if you could include more paragraphing for the first section it would be much more conducive for reading ) Haha I'm almost 18 and have yet to go on an actual date (group dates don't count)...does that make me queer?
