Anyways, it's nice to see something new by you (though I blip off the radar for months at a time so I shouldn't be saying anything). I can't say much on the actual story; I'll save that for when a little more plot develops, but it seems promising and I would read more. I like the amount of personality you give the main character and what you decide to describe in detail. For example, I liked Winslow's interation and thoughts regarding Leo and that you described the weather and the atmosphere, but didn't spend a paragraph on the clothing Winslow wore [like some authors tend to do].
