Satan knows our weaknesses, and he tries to use those to get to us, but God is so much stronger, and we're forever safe in His grace.

I truly really really loved your poem. I can't even explain in words how much it effected me.

As for the guy, I hope it works out. There is always the possibility you guys could base your relationship on the word of God and there isn't a bigger blessing than that.

Caught my attention, the description made me want to keep reading. It's clear how devoted you are to religion, and I loved how you portrayed that emotion.

Wow. I was about to go on a rant in the review I was already crafting in my mind until I saw your fifth stanza. I must admit, you caught me off guard. :)

I do admit that even I feel the baser passions of the animal, however, as you put it so well, "Pulls me to my senses / Brings me back to reality," meaning of course that erotic love is not love at all.

This really reminds me of something...the opposite of what is happening to you, kind of, this guy I used to love a lot, but now I dislike him after finding out who he really was...after he mocked me and talked behind my back.
