This is incredibly interesting. I don't completely agree with your point of view, but it's thought-provoking. While violent video games certainly don't breed murderers (I'm living proof of it) there's a big difference between a 19-year-old's capacity to FULLY understand the difference between slaughtering pixels and slaughtering people and a 10-year-old's capacity to do so. Basically, I think violent video games are just fine morally, and great for entertainment - but not in the hands of a child.

Oh, um, at the end, you call the boy nine years old. Which is he? 9 or 10?
