| Band Geek17 2006-03-09 ch 1, | Wow. I've never read this one before, Mal. That's amazing; I really love it. |
| welchs828 2005-11-18 ch 1, | Meh. I like the conclusion of this poem--the last line. "But if it be your will, if this is the time, then let not mine, but your will be done." It took me a few times to figure that out, but it's an excellent conclusion. I love how you are so faithful to God. You would rather let life run its' course, even if it means extreme emotional pain than you would to do your own thing, because it may be against God's will. That is something I sometimes can't cope with--when someone great in this world dies, I wonder why He could have let this happen and wish that they were still alive--I wish that I could have just five more minutes with them and that it's too late. Better late than never, but in the case of death, it is never, and therefore the worst. If that made any sense at all...All in all, beautiful and very emotional poem, but if anything, it expresses your faith in God exceptionally well without being cheesy and dishonest. Later. |
| ParisianLoft 2005-11-15 ch 1, | There is something about this poem that I like, yet I can't put my finger on it. I want to say it's how the poem flows, but I'm not that sure. It's good, I like it. |
