Was Hersh insane or just tortured or haunted? Ah, but what and interesting turn of events. (The description of the music had me in it, immersed.) Thank you for writing this, I certainly liked it.

The Reader 2006-10-19 ch 1, anon.	abuseI liked this story, and I just wanted to comment that it sounds a bit like the Phantom of the Opera - like, after Christine's happily married, she goes insane, and then the Phantom comes to her, kind of thing. I'm not accusing you of stealing it, by any means, I just find it fascinating that you based it on one story and yet another fits it perfectly. Just a comment, do with it what you will. But it was a great story, though; very moving. ;-D

I loved the ideology, initially, when reading, I thought it to be rather cliche, but after reading through, it's easy to say the story was captivating, almost haunting in its worth. Of course, the legend, explained in the end, provided an alternate explanation to the story, but in itself, it was something well worked on. Very good. And WHERE do all you people get your hands on these fantastic legends? I have no one to tell me these stories, and don't know where to find them.
