Wow. This is a really interesting story. Well done. I haven't read any stories like this on fictionpress. They've all been realistic fiction. So this was an interesting change. I really felt for Tam.

I liked this. It was different from your other stories in that it gave a bit more depth to the characters, I think. Not that I don't like the others, I've just made my way through all your one-shots ^_^ When I should be studying for my finance exam...

Oh well! My take on it is that the Goddess was aware that Tam wanted so badly to live, that she took the soul of Rin, who wanted so badly to die, as the sacrifice in place of Tam and allowed Tam a second chance to live in Rin's place.

When Rin's father said the whole killing his mother thing, I interpreted it as his mother died in childbirth.

Looking at all the other reviews and opinions, my take on it is so different!... And I like it better ^^

This story is sheer genious. The characters are wonderful, the plot is intriguing, and I really liked how you never explained exactly why Tam is now randomly in the body of Rin. It was also interesting how you left the story open to interpretation. The story takes on a different spin if you view it as Tam having gone into shock after somehow killing his mother when he was little and his other life as a sacrifice being a delusion. Either way you interpret this story, it's still good. I loved it.

its kinda late for me to read this..and review it now..but who cares! i like your story alot!..
but in case of me being an airhead..hehe..i kinda confuse with the story as in Tam, Tamrin or Rin in that matter is the same rite?..he is using Tamrin as the real name so meaning the Tam and Rin is just an escape or what?..is he really a sacrifices for god or you just see it as a guy that do the whole suicide thing?..

I loved it! I'm so glad to see Tam finally happy!

:D I gobbled up this story. I think the idea was ingenious. There are really a lot of interpretations to this story. My interpretation is that Tamrin had accidentaly killed his mother when he was little and fell into a blank stupor where he believed he was meant to be a "sacrifice" because of the shock of what he'd done.

The characterizations were great, and the pacing was wonderful. :D I applaud you.

I like this, it's cute and sweet. And also interesting.
