I have never been in this situation, but I can imagine. I've felt this way in other ways before. I like this poem and it has a lovely conclusion.

heh, all the D shows is that you are unwilling to memorize useless shit. so dont feel bad. school is pretty much a waste of time. all it is is forcing you to memeorize shit you are going to forget later anyway. it's more of a grading of your memorization skills, not your Intelligence. now that that is out of the way. good write. had some good imagery and metaphors in this piece. keep writing.
