did, you know that water will only boil when there is an imperfection on the surface? you can put it in the microwave and let it build up its heat until it is well beyond the boiling point. but until there is a visible speck or blemish on the surface, it wont bubble and boil like the wicked water has been longing to do. and because of that poor innocent speck, the water is finally released of all the tension and heat it has built up over time... interesting, no? this tiny imperfection saved the water.
