I'm very interested in how you'll pull this out. I can see Lawrie attitute from before. Jack deserve to go to jail.
But what I can't see really well is GB and Emma, and how she fit in the story, because if she is GB's girlfriend- since when? they do not sit together in class, till L. caught them in the bathroom there is nothing indicating GB's interest in her, as L. is watching him always alone, writing by himself; then how she just accepted her boyfriend one night? then GB seem to have some clues about being with boys too, not only girls, so he is not straight.
It was sad to read. It's sad if you say L. will not end up with GB, I got that he is far away from being over Jack, but he is began to "see", he saw it was not right and looked for help in GB, this could grow nicely, but if you say so...

I really dig this story, but I'm having a hard time with something. Lawrie's personality went completely, extremely, agro after chapter 3 or 4 and then it was written like that was completely normal and how he always is and that's fine and interesting, but then wham, he suddenly has depth and issues and they really came outta left field and have something to do with Jack. I guess what I'm saying is, your characters keep flip flopping around rather suddenly and it's very confusing. It could be Lawrie's narration, cause he is a bit of a liar, but having Jack go from "annoyingly laid back friend" to "creepy possessive abusive homophobic love interest" in like 3 chapters is really confusing and off-putting (much like my rambling review...). I guess what I'm saying is that character development needs a bit of work, maybe. Otherwise, thanks for the story! I really enjoy it!

That was entirely unexpected. For some reason I never suspected Jack. Good update, in referring to your amazing writing, but like some others, I hate Emma and am disappointed that Goth boy is with her. But whatever, it's your decision. I just can't see where this is going anymore.

I don't usually review cos I'm kind of lazy, however I couldn't miss this opportunity. I completely disagree with what quite a few people are saying on here-I actually really love how you've developed it-it's so interesting! To be honest, I did really like GB, however I wasn't really depressed that he didn't end up with Lawrie-I think it was actually kind of sweet how they ended up as only friends. The latest chapter kind of confused me a bit, so I had to read it three times to kind of understand-Jack raped him?! At least, that's the gist I'm getting. I think it's kind of intriguing how it's his best friend who he seems to boss around the whole time, who worships the ground he walks on, did that to him, rather than some pervy old man. While it is really wrong, it shows the depth of Jack's infatuation, and the fact that Lawrie still hangs around him is rather strange, yet interesting, yet interesting too.

In all fairness, despite Jack being a prick, I did actually want them to get together :o I mean, I wouldn't have minded if it had been GB either, but I thought that there was some kind of odd, mysterious chemistry between the two, even from the early chapters.

Though, I have to say that Dreadlock girl deserved to get punched in the face-I'm almost upset that she didn't get concussion from it. I don't really get what GB sees in her-maybe he's a masochist? Lol :D

Anyway, looking forward to the next chapter :):)

Nah, I really didn't like this update. It's too confusing and frustrating. I hate emma so damn much its insane, and i really dont like that gothboy is with her. thats just even worse. And as for jack and lawrie together? liking each other? I don't like it. hate just as much as emma and gothboy.

And i dont get what the hell is up with lawire acting like. . .i dunno. he's lost his swagger, his spunk. Maybe you were trying to unravel the person beneath all that additude but i just can't understand it. I used to love this story so much and now i hate it. It was actually my favorite, honestly. I wanted gothboy and lawrie to end up together because the chemistry was just there, you know? Gothboy likes lawrie, not emma. But honestly in the way this story is going now, i don't like it and i'm think i'm going to read it anymore at all. This was just a disappointment.

blah. i dont care about GB not ending up with lawrie. i dont want him to actually. i was kinda pissy about him throughout the whole story. i want lawrie and jack to end up together. and im kind of confused- jack raped lawrie? D: or did something really bad to him? but lawrie loves him and wants to be close to him? and i dont like emma by the way. xD shes so mean to lawrie. and i love lawrie.

Aw, I wish they could end up together! Otherwise, I don't see any chance that Lawrie could have a happy ending (Jack doesn't count) unless you introduce a new character (you aren't going to do that, are you?). And he deserves it, even if he can be a jerk sometimes. But I like Emma too, so it's all fine...
