Gilee7 2006-01-03 ch 1,	abuseThink I was dead? I told you back at Thanksgiving that I was going to tear through "Suffer the Children" and now it's 2006 and I still haven't read any more chapters. I apologize. I've been busy. And I just haven't been in a reviewing mood for quite some time. I wasn't even in a writing mood for quite some time, although that was due to writer's block, but I'm finally back and I'll be posting in a couple days ... Anyways, I don't think I'm going to try and dive back into "Suffer" yet but instead sprint through your last several pieces, including this one ... This is haiku supposedly, although it doesn't really seem like it. I can't remember what the definition of haiku even is, though; but I do know that I've never really cared for it or even respected as I probably should. Same case with this poem. Although I like the imagery and the repitition of 'cold hands' I still just can't make myself get into this piece.
