The darker style is fine by me but I don't really like the present tense. Could be one of those stupid things I seem to care too much about. Just feels like it sounds better in past tense. But like I said, I'm probably crazy. Well written, otherwise, and as intriguing as ever!

i liked it, the first person was good to. i think book two will be as good as the first if you dont do every parigrah of it so depressing, sure pack it in if you can but dont make everthing this sad all the time.
