I read a lot of your fanfiction, then decided to come over here and read your stuff from the beginning.
I liked this one a lot, because of the perspective and the setting.
One thing I couldn't get over, though, was the voice. I know it's in first person, so it has some idioms and such, but it was mixed in with a haphazard sort of feel. Sometimes it read with a professional feel, without grammatic errors. Other times it felt much more relaxed and free-flowing, like it was written in the vernacular (i.e. Mark Twain's style). It would benefit from keeping a constant style of voice.
But this is pretty old, so I don't expect your current writing is the same.

I really enjoyed your story and found it fun to read. The beginning was nicely descriptive and made me want to read more, and of course the ending was great. :)

Oh man! I'm in love with the ending of this story! This was really well written (as all your writing that I've seen has been :P) and everyone enjoys a good love story. I totally get the heart break thing with Jeremy so it made me happy when Dale met Matt. Cute story :) I really enjoyed it.

Aw, I love it! At about the middle I was thinking it was a bit dry and somewhat pointless(emphasis on "a bit" and "somewhat". It was still very good). But then I got to the end and it was like WOAH! The ending is so awesome. It's like... warm fuzzy feeling! lol. So, nice job. I really liked it :)

This story was very refreshing. I loved the simplicity of it all. Yet, Dale obviously went on an "inner journey," she was a dynamic character in that she grew emotionally as the story progressed. It's very sweet. Good job.
