Sadly beautiful, quite nostalgic. The little details make it personal and vivid. Reading your poem made me cry, because of the similar situation I am in, having lost my best friend. "So much of what I'm surrounded with is a reflection of you" ... ;_; I think the most touching and strongest part in your poem are those lines and the passage where the speaker describes her scars and wounds.
