I like this story. I'm especially fond of fiction, so otherworlds and species intrigue me. I love your creativeness in coming up with vreaming. However, my favorite part of this tale is the mirror. The way mirrors in the world you have made are a danger. Your final lines are beautiful. That's the kind of thing I love to do in my writing. It sort of sums the tale up in one line. Like a moral of sorts. I'm not sure if you mean this to be a short story, or if you plan on continuing it. I personally love it as is, but I wouldn't mind if you added more.
