Mr. Quinn, this was wonderful! I liked the main character, and Mr. Reval reminded me (in a good way) of Mad-Eye Moody, of Harry Potter fame.

However, I would have liked more description of the school and the students. I didn't feel that I really had a sense of what any of them looked like (except Espran, who I imagined as the main character in "D.Gray-Man") or of what the school might have looked like. Was it old and crumbling, full of ancient evil, or was it new and ugly, and from its ugliness bred evil?

But that's not to say I didn't like it. As I said, I liked the main character, and I think your writing is very good. But I would have liked more description of... well, everything. Other than that, though, this is potent stuff. Keep it up!

And if you get the chance, may I humbly request that you cast your eyes over my own vampire tale, "Vampire's Wake"?

I don't even like vampire stories anymore (used to be my addiction) but i couldn't help to read this whole one today. it was great, I loved how the chapters werent' too long though (most people love a story with long chapters but i don't, it irritates me)

Wonderful way to start a morning, getting shot at. Nice, a litte unrealistic, but cool. Reval seems like such a stable teacher! This should be good!

Good job, I hope to see more chapters soon, I think that you need to add just the slightest bit of more suspense to make it a little more horrorfing.
