I like this, in a very strange way ( and this is a positive thing) it reminds me of the Vicar of Dibley. When I watch that I see a community doing community type things, and thats what I like about it.

Yet I have the feeling thats going to change. (Not the liking it - the relation to VoD).

Aside from that I have a personal qualm which I shouldn't really let affect my reading of the story.

Very nice start! I love your style. Your descriptions of Judas's house and actions really give a solid impression of his "routinized" lifestyle. I enjoyed that - very well written. The dialogue fit perfectly, too. All-around, this looks like it's going to be a very interesting one! Keep it coming! -
