A warm, happy ending I love it! Maybe you could describe what she looked like when she came back. Maybe I missed it but I don't think you said how long she had been in Egypt. What kind of stories did she write? Anything else besides the ones about her brother. I love that you didn't mention his age in the beginning. When I was reading it, he seemed like a little kid, then when I got to the end and it said he was 24, I was shocked. It really shows reversal of reader expectation and it shows his child-like thoughts at the beginning. Love it, love it!
