God, I know it's not right to talk about how much you love your own work, but I just re-read this after completely abandoning it for like 3 months and it is So. Cute. That last bit made me start laughing and going "aw!" it was so corny and adorable. I guess what is old is new again, especially if you're prone to forgetting what you write!

This was very cute and I thought that the beginning really helped bring out the whole mood for this, although I did wonder how she got up the tree in a formal dress:) But Everest seemed so cute and the whole idea of them kissing in the rain is awesome. Nice job!

Honestly, you need to give yourself more credit. This is good work in itself, and has great potential to become something longer and more elaborated. The connections to Harry Potter and Wizard of Oz were... humorous. I wonder if they were intended or you just happened to do that. Adorable story, though I would have loved to see more of Everest described. The images were well-written, especially when talking about the rain. A suggestion for the title - The Magical Colors of Rain - Many just seems to dumb it down, and while the alliteration is nice, it just doesn't jump out. Well done - I enjoyed this very much.
