love this poem - especially the verbs, which make it really dynamic and action-y...i can almost feel the bile rising in my own throat as i read this...very expressive and emotive, Krystle! Cheers!

the vocabulary is mature and the imagery is powerful, i like your alliteration, especially when all the words are linked with a common theme of disgust and intensity. but i don't quite think bubble gum fits with everything else (it seems too happy and everything for this). i would also think to expand the theme of "loss of innocence" as most of it is about pain instead.
