I like the last couple of lines. Because it's really not funny at all (I work with people who have mental illnesses, and it isn't funny), and yet, sometimes, you either laugh or cry.

first of all, thank you so(so) much for all of your reviews & for adding me to your favorites. i really appreciate it, especially since i checked out some of your work & find it amazing. you really do have talent, i absolutely love your poetry & hope that you never stop writing. some of your writing is filled with such raw emotion that it makes me want to cry, while others aren't quite as emotional, but the pain is buried beneath the surface, stinging me ... sorry, i'm probably not making sense. just know that i adore your poetry, & that i really, really hope you keep writing. please.
