contrast and friction 1/10/06 . chapter 1That's such a pretty thought - that dying stars fall & become beautiful starfish. This is a really nice poem - very good choice of words - nice images - it is a very vivid piece. Nice write. |
Don'tGetAroundMuchAnymore 1/10/06 . chapter 1Wow. I dont usually enjoy poetry, but this was fantastic. Great work. Beautifully written. |
smile persephone 1/10/06 . chapter 1Beautifully written. The diction and imagery is pleasing to the (poetic) senses. My absolute favorite lines were "like the cold white starswhich plunge into murky throesto die at cusp of culmination". The title is exquisite as well. It's a shame that the innocence of childhood dies so young, after all, what fun is life when wistful fantasy whithers away just to be left to the harshness of the mundane? |
breezy nostrils 1/10/06 . chapter 1that's really an interesting theory. i like the imagery in here. nice work. |
