I love the way you always write about the real things in this world; the truthful honest way they were meant to be told. This piece is very solemn and moving.

All in all i loved it.

Keep Writing

it's a nice fading out in the end...I feel the soldier is near death, a hope slips from his lips that there is a light...I really liked the end to this piece!

How refreshing it

Is to my awaiting

Taste as I look

Up to cotton haze

Open jawed

& Eager

-(Taste as I look) that just floors me - I think attraction is birthed from vision; we see beauty from across the room whether in male or female form and we can taste it on our tongues. The aspiration of wanting; formation of lust. The rest of the picture always gets Hazy when we realize how much we want something. We’ll do anything. Human nature, I suppose. Lust is one of those exciting flaws to indulge in.

Much love,Juliet.

Beautiful imagery. The structure adds alot to it, too. I like this... dark but beautiful.

Wow, that was incredible. So concise but at the same time saying so much. The imagrey just explodes out at you and you can't help being drawn in. This was great. Keep it up.

I don't particularly like it, but this is one of the better poems I've seen around here. Though you may not want to trust my standards.

Excellent. The depth of this and the setting created really spur along the narrative to develop a vivid scene.
