This is so true! You should really find a place to get this published, we all need a dose of truth in our lives once in a while. The rhyme at the end wrapped it up nicely. Great poem

Pretty good peice of work, with a good message that America needs to be slapped in the face with. At times your rhyming sounded very forced, but your rythym is pretty good. I love the way you use parentesis (sp?) artisicly- very cool. Nice work.

very very well written. i do like it. i think it could possibly be a little better ((maybe. im not sure if i like it better now or after my suggestion)) if you lengthen it a tad. ((if you dont, itll still be a very good poem, a heads up, too!))
