The contasting images are very interesting. Nice imagery (I can actually see her leaping into the sky). I liked the second stanza a lot ('cause it made me think of places where you wouldn't need a smile).

Simply magnificent.

I love the line 'and then fashioned your own wings to fly away on the shoulders of kings.' It has a clear ring to it, nicely put. The part about the smile and shoes was very beautiful too. It makes the poem hold a longing feel to it. I think this is the best one out of the series. Great job

Deep, and well-detailed; I like the concept that they left their shoes, it’s very light and airy but at the same time truly complex. Keep up the good work.
