Raceman 2007-01-17 ch 1,	abusehola. im the guy who wrote school report. u know the story that u thought was halarious and had a little too much sex or something like that. well i apreciated the review and read this in return, and honestly, i expected it to be kinda weird and dumb, but i loved it. it was very descriptijve and everything about it was cool. i loved ur quickening of the story because it made it seem like more of a ghost story rather than an actual book. well keep writing

Calumongal 2006-04-21 ch 1,	abuseFor a one-night jaunt, this is quite good actually! (Don't put your writing down^^)Hm...isn't James Collins the name of a real author of thrillers? (if so, and this was intentional, then I caught the joke) And poor Max the doggy (it's always the dog that gets it first, isn't it?)Oh, one thing I did notice is you switched the mother's name from Francine to Sharon. Other then that, no tense mistakes, good descriptions too. Even gave me a little shiver when they locked John in the basement and the thing came up the stairs toward him...and just stopped (perhaps I watch too many horror movies?^^)And wonderful ending! Really, they should have listened to their son. Anyone who knows anything about horror would have realized that the children and animals always figure it out long before the stupid adults.You really should write more in this genre, I throughly enjoyed it.

Enocha Van Lierop 2006-01-23 ch 1,	abuseeven while sitting in my noisy office i got chills. ooh. i loved it. one thing i would change, and this is just a personal preference, would be the amount of times the parents are mentioned by full name. james and sharon do just as well as james collins and sharon collins.p.s. thanks for the review. i'll try to explain the 163 kills in the next chapter.
MessiahDave 2006-01-22 ch 1,	abuseVery good, gripping, classic tale. One suggestion: While having the father nail the door down is visually effective, it also seems a bit unrealistic. Given the average strength of a small child, I think a locked door would feel more or less as effective without taking the reader out of the story. Still, very good work!
