Bar mitzva, at 13, is for a boy.

Bat mitzva, at 12, is for a girl and a rather recent thing to celebrate.

I LOVE YOU

1)When Harry Met Sally is my ALL TIME favorite movie and the whole about "baby talk" is one of my favorites in the whole movie. That and the quote about "wanting the rest of your life to start as soon as possible" and "why men and women can't be friends"

2)I'M JEWISH! WHO! Go Jew Crew! Haha. I love finding other jewish writiers. I mean along comes all the "come to Jesus poetry" and then BOOM "B'nai Mitzah Poetry" I love love love love love you.

I felt the same way at my bat mitzvah and I can TOTALLY relate. This expresses the pain of becoming a "jewish adult" VERY well and I love the format and word choice and everything. The idea of perfection is AHH exactly what I felt and I LOVE YOU. (Have I said that yet?) Keep writing!

ps-I might be posting something in Hebrew soon because I just got Hebrew on my computer. Isn't is amazing how FP supports Hebrew?

"But I did and now I FEEL" (feel, not fell)

You probably already caught that.I wrote Bat Mitzvah poetry too. There's just so much stress, and it needs to go somewhere. Yours is very nice.
