Hurray! You finally updated. I've been wondering when you would. I was afraid you had lost interest or had decided to discontinue, which I'm glad to see isn't true. Writing blocks can really suck, but what's worse is when you lose your inspiration to write. I've been there, recently actually, and believe me, it's *not* fun.

I liked the chapter, although it was a bit confusing since it's been a while between chapters. One thing you might consider doing is adding a recap at the beginning of each chapter, like what they do at the start of TV shows: "Previously on..." It would be a nice of refreshing your readers.

How long are you planning on making this story? Not that I'm in a hurry to see it finished, but I'm getting the feel its maybe...half way done? It just seems like there's so much more to come.

Is this the first time we've met Erica? I don't remember her in previous chapters. Maybe add a sentence or two telling who she is. You demonstrated really good why Thomas doesn't like her or at least what happens when/how she gets him to talk when he doesn't want too.

Still love the interaction between Thomas and Esther. Unfortunately there wasn't much in this chapter, but there was enough. Also that brief interaction between Thomas and Cowen. *Shudder* I'd really hate to have him for a brother.

It'd be an interesting experience if Thomas does bring Esther over for tea and Cowen drops by. He still wants her.

Anyway, keep up the great and awesome work. I'm glad to see that you've updated and am looking forward to your next update.

Gah, that's kinda scary, but I think maybe a little dangerous for them all. I don't doubt that everyone's going to end up a little worse for wear, but I can still hope that nobody dies.

Considering that it's Thomas and Cowen though, the only chance of that is if everyone stays right out of their way.

I know this is probably the most belated review yet, but I lostmy computer to the shop for longer than exected due to an incompetent chain of middle-men all of whom are now one spleen short...

And then I fed their spleens to Cowen...

Actually, he seems vicious enough to eat human spleen. Or just human in general... I wonder.
