love love how you begin- the image of blood holding a smile in place. love "and i think it's my turn." i love "i'm drunk again and dancing in the rain". but i do think some of this is just slightly verbose- it could be a little more concentrated, a little tighter.

wow...this is such an exstremely emotional poem, i can actually feel the emotion of the character throught the word, well that a given..lol..this piece is amazing, u shuld think about publishing it...im not joking..i think this is the best piece i have ever read, and i read alot of poetry. its just amazing. so powerful and strong, but also so fragile and scared...excellent..WOW!!
