I love this poem, how you just let it out like that. I'm really moved by your courage now that you stand out and just be open about how you feel. You don't have to feel like you are being left out, I mean, the hardest thing about it is to be accepted by yourself... and actually,you know what I think, I think the weird thing is, a lot of people do support homosexualities, but since the world has been run the other way for so long, people are just kinda timid about stepping out. Anyway, I'm on your side.

This is one of the best poems I have ever read. You are so great with emotions and feelings it is amazing. You sum up how complicated and confusing it can get by putting it so simply. Its a perfect contrast. All your stuff is great, but this is the best one of your poems that I have read so far (well I've only read like five others, but this has inspired me to read the rest of your stuff). This was really great! I was looking through a lot of your stuff today, and since I was home sick I just figured I'd review this one. I just wanted to let you know that I'm writing my persuasive essay on Gay rights, and I think it is SO amazingly cruel how people do not accept homosexuals. Honestly, they're no different! And when people say all this crap about how it's against God's belief or whatever, God wanted everyone to be fucking equal! Sorry, a little bit of an outburst there, but I'm really pissed at all this fuss about gay marriage not being allowed. I'm 12 so people don't take me seriously, they just think I've been around my older brother too much and he's just trying to put all these thought in my head about how Gay Marriage is perfectly okay. But I actually believe that George Bush is being an ass! UGH! Well, he is an ass. A dumb ass. Ugh. okay, bye!

I didn't know your mother was a lesbian. This is a good lyric, but not one of my favorites by you. :P It's still good nonetheless. I really love your writing, though. I love that last line...great way to end it.

I dunno, I'm rather impartial on homosexuality but my brother's friend's mother is a lesbian and so their marriage broke down and he is rubbing his new wife and kids in her face... It's all terrible but I hope your father can just accept you for who you are.
