I really like how you're handling this story. It doesn't feel unrealistically cliche, like some of this genre tend to lean towards.

"“You’d go well,” I said nodding. “She loves to write.” What am I saying? You’d go well??!" Aw. I love how you included Luke's thoughts there. they're so cute!!

"I chuckled under my breath but let them off the hook. I had other concerns anyway. “So uh…have you guys seen—where’s uh…” I shrugged meaningfully looking at them." Haha. That was a cute line.

"When I heard that, I had to comment. “You’re tented up with Andy? Wow, good luck, man!”" I definitely don't get it. What's wrong with Andy?

"I like how your eyes sparkle whenever they meet mine. I like the way you laugh. I like the intensity in your eyes whenever you’re ** off at me—and what I noticed about you was that…what I realized…is that you’re the one thing I’m afraid of. Everything about you scares me dumb.
