Wow ... your stuff really compels me to beat a freaking meaning out of it, because it seems like it stands for everything, yet nothing at all.

I like that, because it's both, or it could be both, or either, yet still captivating.

My favorite line in this has to be:

With a small joining (of souls or) lips, if you please.

Your descriptions of anything, really, whether it be people or places or actions are just so spot on, that it just pulls you into the setting. I think this poem is the best example of that. Especially in a line like this:

The beautiful scent of lilacNow crusted over like the smallcrystallized flowersOn the now decayed cake.

That was very lovely. Took me back, almost, I've never been a flapper, but it did take me to a picture of the era. Wonderful job!
