I feel sicker than before. you make me think of my own death and my morality and how pathetic it is that I am but foot prints on the sea shore. A cornered beast? it is like a beautiful way to express the human spirit that fights to preserve itself no matter the circumstances or who they huurt to save themselves.

Nice... I think that the rhyming added a bit of light in an otherwise very dark poem. I loved the last two lines: "It’s times like this, that I know why/The cornered beast still fights." Great work.
