I like this. It's a nice twist on the whole demon thing. It was also a sad but well written story.

that was a good idea, actually. i've been giving thought of vampirism as a disease, one that can be passed on through the blood, and sexual intercourse and the like.

like AIDS. only, it's sort of a mutation on it...or something to that nature.

then i read this, and it was like we were on the same sort of wave length. only...not. *laughs* as a contagious disease...that was ingenious.

and the touch of humanity to the entire thing was brilliant. made me still into sadness for a moment or two...my heart beating as i read the words, and wondering if this is the sort of moment to burst into tears, or to quietly absorb what i can. i chose the latter.

but yeah, this was wonderful.
