I thought it would start off more with the Kane and the girl getting together, but I'm glad it didn't. :) I have a feeling Kane is going to pop up again, right? And oh, what do you mean "if my parents had survived the flight"? Is she adopted or...? Anyhow, it's a good story. It's a nice twist, that's for sure. Keep up the good work, and I hope to read more of it. :)
