Everything about is the poem is awesome. The rhyming scheme is well done and it doesn't sound forced. The subject is heart-wrenching and touching at the same time.

wow, that was really good! And I'm not just saying that- I added to my favorites. I've seen poems about that same topic (that EXACT same topic), but never written in quite that way. It's going in my fav's though because of the quotes and italics, the variation in structure. Better than the average fiction press poem...
