| diffident 2006-04-12 ch 1,  | Very very nice. I like how the first to paragraphs are so lovely and filled with imagery and allusions to Alice in Wonderland, and then the last stanza just kind of dropped everything, which I'm sure was your intent. My friend has my book of all Carroll's works, and she's in the hospital right now so I won't be getting it back for a long time. Shame; now I really want to reread the Wonderland tales. Anyway, wonderful poem. Alice in Wonderland will never get old. For me, at least. marie |
