Absolutely great. You did a wonderful job on this, it is much more than an essay, all these comparisons are so poetic. But most of all you really define pain, you portray it as it is, I know what it is to live in pain and I have felt many of the feelings you describe here exactly the same myself. Thank you for voicing this better than I could have done, for giving an expression to pain. I am especially impressed with that image of the glass bottle at the end of your text, that is so fitting. The text thus also builds up climactically. You did a really a great job on this. Guess I'll have to make some room on my favourites list...
