I've heard of this kind of torture.

There was an experiment done on how long someone can tolerate silence. Students were paid by the hour, and their tolerance were observed.

I wonder how deaf and blind people feel.

Very intriguing. I loved the entire plot. Kinda disappointed in the end, but that's on my account, not yours. I was hoping for a longer read. And a little more difinitive ending. It leaves it open for more though, so that's a good thing. And the brainwash thing is a great idea, and a unique experiance (if you ever been through it, you'll know what I mean) lol.

There were a few grammatical errors but I won't really nitpick.

This was a fun and interesting read, so good job. I think this would be something great to continue, BTW. Like maybe he finds the captor was lying and there really was several attempts to rescue him, he finds himself hesitating to obey the orders to kill the king, etc.

Anyway, you should think it through. Keep up the good work.

Creepy. Creepy as hell. I almost don't want to finish reading this. It's good, but it's, if you will excuse the word, ** scary.

The execution of this story is not as flawless as the last one, but for all its imperfections, it's... it's... well, not enjoyable. And that's a compliment.

Just one question: is this story part of the world you made?

No, sorry. No chapter updates. It's a one-shot, after all. I MIGHT however write a follow up story of sorts. (shrugs)
