Alpharoyale 2009-12-01 . chapter 16One of the best fics I've ever read! I love how the story and prophecy meld together, sometimes the story does not always turn out just right, but this one above and beyond that! |
 ayune01 2009-11-19 . chapter 16 i really like your fic.
especially when it is about dragon.
it's sad to know the last ended with Hadrin.*sobs*
thank you completing it. |
underdone 2009-11-13 . chapter 16okay, this was good, better than i expected ( and i mean that in the nicest possible way. it's just that, after going through quite a few stories that fail to live up to expectations, to find one 5that does and then exceeds them is really great.) |
Property of Hiei 2009-11-09 . chapter 16i have greatly enjoyed reading this story.

 littletealjar. 2009-11-01 . chapter 1umm, i kind of, ** love it? yeah. :D |
Language Lover 2009-10-31 . chapter 16aw. This was a really cool story. Even though it was fantasy, it felt really realistic and I felt like I could understand the characters as they were very well-developed. |
Love Reigns 2009-10-03 . chapter 16Thank you for writing this beautiful story. As a fellow yaoi addict, I truly appriciate stories in which the characters are written as honestly and true to life as Hadrin and Mora. I sat down and read this from start to finish, and the true, honest and deeply caring love between these two men made my heart sing.
Please continue this story. I would love to know how Mora and Hadrin continued their lives in the shadows of all they have been through.
With warmest regards and the humblest of worshipful praises to a true queen of the craft,
Love Reigns |
 paradox13 2009-06-28 . chapter 16 Wow, that was an amazing story. |
trypen 2009-06-11 . chapter 16Dam you made me cry! However you also made me heave a sigh of romantic envy at the love and devotion of Hadrin and Mora. When I read you’d be writing a story for Yoaifix I decided to read your other works and now I’m extremely excited.
Oh! I must say the ending was very satisfying, the old tyrant should die for what he did, but I like your ending better allowing him to live knowing his overly prideful bloodline would die out, and it was fine time Mora chose his own happiness over the selfless sacrifice that comes so naturally to him.
Thank you much for the enjoyable read… I needed that :) |
Roman C Lee 2009-06-08 . chapter 16Oh, my gosh *passes out*. I've read this story ravenously, and I feel utter satisfaction now that I've finished.
I spent a while browsing a C2 to find well-written, interesting slash fantasy stories--as I've discovered that I enjoy reading this genre immensely--and I came to find that the type of story I knew I wanted to read wasn't all that common. XD So, it was with great joy that I began reading this and realized that I'd found your diamond in the rocks.
The Fall of the Dragon King is unique to any other story I have read, and though I've read stories about dragons and stories about priests before, they were never before like this. The introduction to the story was especially entrancing, and served as a good hook, in my opinion, to generate long-term interest in the story. I enjoyed the way it was written, as I did the way the rest of the story was written as well, and I enjoyed the history you outlined.
It may be because your antagonists are not just evil, and your protagonists are not just good (though we might be able to exclude Mora from that generalization XD). They each were people, and did things as would be expected of a human with thoughts and feelings true to their nature. The Dragon King's selfishness--from the first to the last--was especially interesting, in all forms that it took. There were "good" and questionable motives visible for the first's anger over the betrayal of his crown; there was dark and light reason for Halvar's wish to drive Mora away.
We as readers, were allowed to have an opinion of the characters--as you didn't dictate them for us by saying, "This guy is good; this one bad. That is how it will always be"--and that has made all the difference, I think. (XD I didn't mean to quote that old poem written by what's-his-name; it just happened.)
So, to express the emotion your story has provoked from me, I am very thankful that you posted this; it's wonderful to come across a truly well-done, enjoyable, and captivating story, and The Fall of the Dragon King definitely falls under that category.
I look forward to reading more of your work! ^-^ |

Rowen 2009-03-03 . chapter 16 this story is a very good one. I find it a little sad though. even thoughI know it was for the good of the kingdom in the story I wish that maybe one of the babies had lived. but still it was a very sweet story. pardon me if the spelling in this review is bad. |
Ravenna Blythe 2009-02-15 . chapter 16I totally LOVE this story. It's so cute.
It's one of those stories where you parctically want to scream when your parents tell you they're going somewhere and you have to tag along even if it's for the tiniest amount of time. |
Fm_L 2009-01-05 . chapter 16 I must say that this story is a wonderful introduction to your writings. I initially saw a rec on Twisted Hilarity's LJ and i was not disappointed. I loved this story and i look forward to reading the rest of your (completed) works. :D |
