| your harbor 2007-06-25 ch 1, | abuseAh. Gosh, I REALLY, REALLY love this. You bolded/italicized (sp?)/etc all the right things and overall it was written briallently (sp? haha). GREAT JOB. |
| Sally Can Wait 2007-03-09 ch 1, | abuseWhoa. A couple of days ago I wrote a one-shot and called it "Unrequited". (Which you should totally check out xD) And then just now I was looking at your page, and baboom! Gah. Maybe I've seen this before and I subliminally wanted to copy you because you are so amazing. Silly subconscious. But I really liked this. UGH. Heart-wrenching. Sadly, I can relate to this very well. But not so sadly, because it means you are an awesome-possum-o writer. For lack of a better adjective. (It's really (really) late.) Loves, Sally |
| Rock on an Ocean Shore 2006-09-28 ch 1, | abuse*takes in deep breath* Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Sarah, happy birthday to you! XD Hah, sorry. About a week ago I noticed your birthday would be today, so I decided to give you a little present/review. ^_^ Omg, you're turning sixteen. ;.; I'm so proud~! Also, *glances at your profile* I totally agree about short people having it better than us taller persons, seeing as I can never wear high heels (not like I can even walk in them n.n) and sometimes even being taller than the male population in them. >>; I just wanted to mention that, since... that's been a thought of mine too. ^_^ Oh... and about the actual poem (I distract myself too well. It must also be why I can never finish my homework in time ;.;). It's very cute and simple. I like the emphasis on certain words, and the pattern of two words/question mark at the end of each stanza. It gives it a nice balance. The title fits it really well too. I um... really don't have any critique since I'm not very good with poetry. ^^; Happy sweet sixteen (again)! You're prolly having lots of cake right now? Right? Meh, I envy you. All I have in my house are m&m's and they're probably really old and stale by now, since we don't even eat them. I wish I had cake... Well, enjoy your birthday while I... *glances around for something to do* Oh that's right. Study for a Geometry test. Which I have to retake. Since I failed last time. ;.; Wah, I wish my b-day was today. *sigh* |
| Infinite Abyss 2006-08-19 ch 1, | abuseGreat poem. |
| Akari Sakata 2006-04-15 ch 1, | abuseMe again. Well I said I'd see some of your other works, so yeah. Anyway, everyone can relate to unrequited love, so that's why I read it. I like where you put your italics, underlining (though you did it for only one word), and bold. The poem is simple, but it spoke volumes. Like the other reviewer said, it doesn't need to be overexaggerated and dramatic (that's the side of the pool that I tend to waddle in however). Oh, I just checked out your xanga for the heck of it, only to discover that you're born a day after me, different year however. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely keep an eye on you ;) (not in a stalker way) + Signed + Akari + Sakata |
| e a t i n g . f l o w e r s 2006-03-25 ch 1, | abuseI liked how clear this was. It is exactly what someone would think. Not too exagerated or anything. Just plain and simple. Very nice. Keep it up! |
