Very nice use of rhyme here all those dark words help build the Pipers character to a brilliant effect. This gives an interesting slant on the journey taken after death which is both imaginative and well put together. As it happens I wrote something along the same lines not long ago called "The Red Man" which you might want to check out. All in all I like this, keep it up.
