I don't think I've ever read anything quite like this. It describes almost perfectly how I once felt about myself. The only difference is that I found someone who took the wall apart for me, but now he shares its protection, and the two of us stand on one side with the world on the other. You tell this story perfectly. No criticism! Well done.
