I really love how you say the whole poem, especially that part about the hospital. It's a very good piece of writing and way of writing it that you've done:

there is description, and the whole poem is sounding like an answer, or a question. It says only some things about what happened, but that leaves room to tell of other things, and shows the huge hole in their life where the loved used to be. It's just...so sad. Because the poem speaks their loss and longing so much through the abscence.
