I don't think I've ever read a poem entitled "Lump" before so that was a first for me. I feel like this has a lot of uniqueness behind it; a whole creation dedicated to the lump in your throat when you try to form words - a bit of a metaphor, the words about words you can't say.

I really love that ending...great poem
