This is a lovely poem.. I really like the setting, and I love the correlation between "seraphim boy" and the fact that the speaker doesn't want him to be her mistake ("and i/won't/let you fall beside me.").

The whole thing was beautiful, but the last stanza was what blew me away.

wow. this is beautiful all the way through-I love the way religion is all tangled up in the poem, but somehow not weighed it down like religion tends to do. my favorite line is "buttons undone and the holes seeming desperately empty" although I don't know exactly why-maybe because I've never heard it described that way but I've seen it look that way. I love this-keep writing!
