The image of a shot fired is so fitting... especially if you think that 'sin' in the Bible is the word hamartia which means to miss the mark. Whether you knew that or not, one would think that you did. It just comes out so clearly in this piece. I have to say the fourth paragraph was the most striking... I guess it's because it's in there that you give the full description of the image.

"No more blending in, no more fading into the shadows." - We all seem to have trouble with this. Whether we're shy or not, we all seem to strive not to be different from this world; so afraid to become its target.
